Ho-Chunk Capital started as the development division for Ho-Chunk, Inc., the awardwinning economic development corporation of the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska. We direct all investments for the corporation and live our mission of creating quality, sustainable development that builds new value assets for the company for years to come. Ho-Chunk Capital now brings this development and investment expertise to help other Tribes create successful developments within their own communities.
Our integrated team of experienced real estate, architect, planning, investment, and management professionals offers a full range of services from site selection and master planning to concepting and modeling to financing sourcing, project management and oversight.
